8-Year-Old Girl Kidnapped, Raped, and Murdered by Mom’s Drug Addict Friend While Playing Hide-and-Seek

An Arizona mother and her husband have been arrested for selling meth to the man who killed their 8-year-old daughter.
In September, 26-year-old family friend Justin Rector allegedly kidnapped, sexually assaulted, and murdered 8-year-old Isabella Grogan-Cannella.
The girl was found two days later buried in a shallow grave and naked from the waist down.
This week, police arrested the girl’s mother and stepfather, 29-year-old Tania Ann Grogan and 28-year-old Ralph Leroy Foster, for selling methamphetamine to Rector.
Foster refused to surrender but was eventually taken into custody after a standoff that lasted two hours.
Both are charged with distribution and possession and Grogan is now being investigated for child endangerment.
Rector has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder, kidnapping, child abuse, and abandonment of a body. He is being held in custody without bond and faces 35 to life in prison if convicted of murder and up to 24 years for the other charges.
