Mike Tyson Really Fighting His Bad Boy Image

Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson insists he is a changed man from his controversial days as a boxer thanks to acting.

The 48-year-old former boxing bad boy, now the star of cartoon comedy Mike Tyson Mysteries, says he now sees himself as an actor rather than a fighter.

“You spend the first part of your career just f***ing it up and then you realise you messed it up so bad that you take the second part and clean it up,” says Mike of his new outlook on life. “I was a young kid, just living that life and then, I realised that I had to grow up.  If you’re not humbled in this world, this world will thrust humbleness upon you.  That was a good learning experience for me.”
